These terms govern your use of this website and every purchase you make from Kapimuni (“we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy, Shipping and Refund policies.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from Kapimuni. Our products are formulated for adult men.
2. About our products
Kapimuni products are Ayurvedic Proprietary Medicines manufactured by Ambroshia Healthscience, F-03 & F-04 Industrial Growth Centre, Bathinda, Punjab – 151001, under Ayush Manufacturing Licence No. 821 Ay-Pb. Descriptions are based on traditional Ayurvedic texts and are not claims that a product will diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. Packaging may change slightly between batches.
3. Health disclaimer
Information on this website is for general wellness education, not medical advice. Consult a qualified doctor or Ayurvedic physician before use if you have high or low blood pressure, diabetes, a thyroid, heart, liver or kidney condition, take regular medication, or have an allergy to any listed ingredient. Follow the label dose. Products containing bhasmas are to be taken under medical supervision. Midnight Bloom Massage Oil is for external use only and must never be swallowed. Stop use and seek medical help if you have any adverse reaction.
4. Orders and pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
- An order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we dispatch it.
- We may cancel an order for stock unavailability, pricing errors, an unserviceable address, or suspected fraud or resale, and will refund any amount paid in full.
- Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and combine only where stated.
5. Payments
We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery on eligible PIN codes. Online payments are processed by secure third-party gateways.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
These are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
7. Reviews
Reviews must be honest, based on your own use, and free of abusive, false or medical claims. We may remove reviews that break these rules.
8. Intellectual property
The Kapimuni name, logo, product names, designs, text and images on this website belong to Kapimuni and may not be used without written permission.
9. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the website unlawfully, place fake orders, resell our products without written authorisation, or try to hack, scrape or disrupt the website.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Orders follow the terms in force when they were placed.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute through our Grievance Officer; unresolved disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office.
