Every Kapimuni order ships free across India, leaves our warehouse within 24–48 hours, and arrives in a plain box that keeps your purchase private.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all prepaid and cash-on-delivery orders across India. There is no minimum order value.
Dispatch time
Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday to Saturday) are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery time (after dispatch)
- Metro cities: 2–4 working days
- Rest of India: 4–7 working days
- North-East, J&K, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar and remote PIN codes: 7–10 working days
These are estimates. Weather, festivals or courier delays can sometimes add a day or two.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in a plain, unbranded outer box. Neither the product name nor “Kapimuni” appears on the parcel or shipping label.
Cash on delivery (COD)
COD is available on most PIN codes. We may contact you to confirm COD orders before dispatch; unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled after 24 hours.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by SMS or email.
Failed delivery
If the courier cannot reach you after 3 attempts, the parcel returns to us. For prepaid orders we will reship once for free or refund you.
Wrong address
Please check your address and PIN code before ordering. To change it, email us within 2 hours of ordering; addresses cannot be changed after dispatch.
International shipping
We currently ship only within India.
